Meet the Doctors

Dr. Moore 

Dr. Moore is a forth generation resident of Tehama County, California.  He graduated from Red Bluff High School in 1976.  He then attended UCLA and graduated in 1981 with a degree in Biology.  From there he went on to Oral Roberts University and received his Doctor of Dental Medicine in 1985.  He completed a one year advanced Educational Program in General Dentistry with the United States Army at Fort Jackson, South Carolina.  He then spent two years running the dental clinic at Sierra Army Depot.

Dr. Moore opened his own private practice in Red Bluff in 1988.  Wanting to continue his hometown affiliation, he oversaw the restoration of the Milford house (an original Victorian home) in 1992 to include the beautiful present-day setting which combines the original Victorian essence with the amenities of a modern-day Dental office.

In 2008 Dr. Moore welcomed back Dr. Pascarella and together they formed Moore and Pascarella Dental Group.  In 2009 Dr’s Moore and Pascarella purchased the Redding office from retiring Dr. Dennis Mihalka.

Dr. Moore believes in a strong commitment to continuing education and averages over 40 units of continuing education per year.  He is committed to bringing all the technological and material advances available in dentistry to his patients.  He also makes an annual trek to Mexico with his church youth group to provide dentistry to the underprivileged citizens there.

Dr. Moore is currently serving as a Trustee to the California Dental Association. He serves as a delegate to the House of Delegates for the California Dental Association and a delegate to the American Dental Association. He was recently inducted into the Pierre Ferchaud Academy. Dr. Moore is married to Virginia who is a Dental Consultant and a co-owner of Insight Solutions.

Dr. Pascarella

Dr. Pascarella's strong commitment to quality dental care is evident in every aspect of his general and cosmetic dentistry and he encourages his patients to be involved in their dental treatment.  Through the use of photography, digital x-rays and intraoral photos, he helps his patients visualize their treatment options.  He explains treatment choices in language patients understand.

Patient comfort is very important to Dr. Pascarella.  He believes that each patient deserves a pleasant, efficient office visit while receiving the highest quality dentistry available including advanced techniques, materials and the comfort of Conscious Sedation.

Dr. Pascarella has a passion for learning, and has continued his education by being a part of the Redding Advanced Dental Studies Forum, an elite group of dentists with the desire to give patients the very best treatment available.  He also spends a good amount of time traveling to continuing education courses to stay up to date on everything dentistry has to offer.

Dr. Pascarella obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in the field of Biology from the University of the Pacific in Stockton California in 2004; he then attended the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, graduating in 2008 as a Doctor of Dental Surgery. 

In his spare time, Dr. Pascarella loves to camp, hike, and fish.  He enjoys spending as much time as possible on the golf course as well. 

Dr. Jon Pascarella was born and raised in Red Bluff, CA. During high school, he was an active member of the student government, and served as President of the California Scholarship Federation.  During his senior year, Dr. Pascarella participated in a work study program in the office of Dr. Jeff Moore.  We are thrilled to have him back as a partner.
